Telephone mast lease extended

The new lease on the telephone mast has now been signed by O2 and they are planning a small increase to the height of the pylon and increase of the siet area footprint by another say 12 feet on the side away from the clubhouse.

They undertake that their contractors will make every effort to avoid damage, partic that they will lay tracking if heavy equipment needs to cross the grass area, and plant similar shrubbery round the extended site fencing.

This has all been approved by Elmbridge Council.
